What a Journey!
Well its been fun and games at work with me boss saying all day, PLEASE DONT LEAVE, PLEASE, BEGGING NOW...lol...
All in all its been a good day, apart from getting a sore throat about 4pm, yikes, I hope Im not getting Paulies Flu.....also the journey home was a nitemare, Sheffield was at a stand still once again......
Speaking of Paulie, He stayed at home today, propper poorley off his MAN FLU, I dosed him up this morning with Beechams and made sure he went back to bed, tonite he is feeling a ickle better, let see if he ok in the morning......
When I got home the sky was lovely, so I ran to the bathroom and got some great shots.....it sounds daft taking piccies from the loo window....lol.....

Insult to Injury!!
Well its happened Paulie has def got MAN FLU....bloody hell, its like living with the hole collection of Mr Men, we have Mr Sneeze, Mr Cough, Mr Aches n Pains and not forgetting Mr Moan and Mr I Feel sorry for Meself...lol...lmao....
I had not made me mind up about the new job, that was till I got to work and me boss had a word with me, says he can not do anything about the money and not a lot about me hours really....
After a fews hours thinking about it I went back into his office and broke the news that I was going to leave, he asked a few questions and tried to make me stay and in the end asked me to order some rope....why me asks...for one to tie you to your chair so you carnt leave and the other is for if you do escape then he could hang himself...lol...
I rang the other company and told them I would accept the job and that I would give me notice in when I had received the letter from them confirming it.....
One of me workies has had words with me boss and told them he is breaking up a very happy well run ship, me boss told her, he is doing all he can to change the situation...The only problem is I really do like me job but I have got to think about my future and not me bosses......
Time to go and see if the unwell needs his head mopping with a wet flannel or something to that effect...lol...at this moment in time I could hit him with a very large slimey trout...lol...

Lazy Days and Sundays
After a very lazy start yesterday morning, we decided to visit Paulies Grandma, she is lovely, we took our Lucy with us, Grandma seems to be a pet magnet like me and our Lucy would not leave her alone...bless...
When we got home our Lucy was knackered and got straight into her basket for a snooze only trouble was the three amigos were in there to...lol...it was like....There were four in the bed and the ickle one said.....
After a very chilled nite of me and Paulie propper cuddling on the sofa, we got up this morning all fresh and ready to go, we started with the usual sunday breakfast, followed by the usual washing and pegging out, then we were propper good and cleaned both cars inside and out, they are now lemonie fresh and sparkling...lol...
This afternoon we had a ride to our local garden centre for some parrot food and had a look at the fish tanks, when we move house, hopefully to a bigger one we are going to set a tropical tank up then with all neons and nice glowing fishes....
On the way home Paulie had a silly look on his face, when I asked what was wrong, he gave me the most sorrowfull look and said....I think I have flu.....me replies OH NO....NOT MAN FLU....now he sat on the sofa sniffleing his head off and looking very sorry for himself...lol... lets see how many days he takes off work this week...lol..

What to do??
On monday nite I was invited to an interview with a friend I use to work with, Im not looking for a new job but I must have been interested or I would not have gone.......
We are having major problems at work with things being done wrong etc and yesterday was called into a very heated meeting, when we finally got out I could have cried as I work my arse off for this company.
Next came the phone call offering me the other job, more money, less stress and less hours, I went in to see me boss and told him what had happened, it got a bit heated in parts and he told me that I was fantastic and he did not want me to go, me just said well you know what I want, he is speaking to the powers that be!!
So this weekend Ive got to make a choice which is difficult as me dont know what me boss is going to come back with on monday.
When I got home last nite after crawing through loadsa traffic, Paulie was waiting with a very Large Vodkkka n coke for me and we had pizza, which was very hot and spicey and nearly blew me mouth off, you could see us both doing the mime of HOT HOT HOT .....lol.... Lucy loved it, mind you I dont think it touched the sides ...lol...
Paulie is now making breakfast of sausages & bacon etc and Eric is attacking me legs and anything else of can get hold of with his needle claws, we are in no hurry for getting ready for a fun filled Saturday...lol...

The loyal wife

ASDA!!!!!!

Today has been a nitemare, me boss thought it would be good if I kept a daily dairy, only prob is Im too bloody busy to fill it in...lol.....he asked if he could see it and me hands it to him.....pause.....Debbie, there is nothing in here...lol...me says I know, what do you want? Me to write in it...lol... I felt like saying, carnt you read me BLOG like everyone else...lol....
Then to make matters worse one of me workies announced that a load of work had been done wrong, so I ended up working till 6.30pm to correct all the cock ups that someone else had made!!
By the time I got home, it was gone 7pm and Paulie was in one of those moods, shall we go shopping, NUDGE, NUDGE, WINK, WINK......BOOZE RUN HERE WE COME, so I gave in and wish I had not.......Asda was packed with mad women all on bargain hunt, trolleys were on super charge, BRUM..BRUM... reving up at the start of each isle...it was bloody manic......
Glad we are back home having a very LARGE vodkkkka and coke but heaven help me, we have another bloody day to work!!

Missing Twinkles!!
Someone left a comment on me blog about me stars, I think they did not like them and then who jumped on the banwagon...Paulie....
Now he has changed it again so I dont have twinkles behind me type.....
I really liked it, but I can see what he means now the twinkles have gone and are just round the rest of the blog!
Me ankle and foot is still swollen today, but with any luck it should be a lot better by weekend, thats if I get to rest it, if its not Lucy jumping on me knee, its Eric climbing all over me or its the phone ringing so I have to hobble across the other side of the room!!
Time to get this cling on off me shoulder......I sure Eric thinks hes a parrott...lol....

Ouchhhhhhhhhhh!!
After a lovely weekend, its back to work with a bump!!
Yesterday, we had our monday morning meeting as usual and the topic came up about hours, our accountant is going to change me hours, not sure when, but he promises he is going to do it, our new assistant accountant starts with us very soon, not sure what me thinks about him yet, will just have to wait and see.........
Last nite we were very organised and got todays butties and ciggies made, but this morning we were still cutting it fine gettting through the door on time, mind you we did have breakfast and then all hell broke loose.......
I took Lucy out for her 2nd morning duties, but as usual it was raining and she was having not of it, just stood between me legs as if to say....YOU HAVE GO TO BE JOKING......
As we headed to the back door, Id just got in the kitchen and slipped and me legs just went from straight under me, Paulie came running and after a few seconds I was up and clinging on to him for dear life.....me ankle and foot was frobbing, I got into me car and set off to work not thinking, by the time I got there, I was in agony and ended up going to the hospital.....
They said I have badly sprained me foot and ankle and to take it easy....now thats a laugh....as me boss needed me back at work.....I did manage to finish the day off and drive home, much to Paulies surprise, Ive got a bandage on from the tip of me toes to me knee, boy it looks SEXY....NOT....l0l....
Now its time to put me foot up and get our crazed Eric out of the blinds before he does himself a mischeif...lol....

Early Birds!
We had a fatastic day yesterday and got some brill piccies over in Edale.
We went up to some high mountains and the mist was propper setting in, it was rather spooky see Snowbabies for details....
This morning we were up at the crack of dawn to catch the sun rising, after kicking Paulie out of bed, we went snapping away, Im really pleased with me piccies, we had a drive round the villiages near us and it was nice not to see any traffic at all on the roads...
We are going to have a PJ day today, just for a change...lol... and are kitted out in our fresh pjs...life just dont get any better!!
Last nite I was dreaming about our wedding and must have woke up about 10 times wondering if it is going to run smoothly or be a total disaster...
Paulie is going to update his blog and also check out were the snow is falling for me, then we are going to settle to watch some DVDs and drink lots and lots of coffee.

Another Week!!
Well, its happened, we have finally hit Crunchie day....Yippee....Fandabidozie....
Quite a good day at work, got a lot done and to my surprise left on time....
Over the last few months I have been doing some flowers for me bridesmaids.
Im really pleased with the out come and also I made the head dresses as well, as Im not very good at things like this I think I have done really well, this is coming from someone who can not even sew a button on a shirt...lol...
Im not showing mine as I want it to be a surprise and we have decided that after our wedding we are going to do a album on our site so everyone can have a look at me dress etc...
Time to chill out for the weekend now....

Crunchie Eve!!
Its crunchie eve, its crunchie eve....
Yesterday all hell broke lose at work as Ben has been shit stiring behind me back, I rang him to say if you have got a problem or somethig to say, come and tell me dont let me hear it from someone else.....hence the end of the lifts to and from work are well and truly over for this spoilt brat!!
Today Ive been to Harrogate on a course, I would not mind I already knew what he was telling us, but it was a day out away from work, on the way there we got lost and ended up driving round Harrogate town for 45 mins...lol...
On the way home we got lost completely and ended up coming home via Leeds, I knew we were propper lost but did not let on to the girl who had hitched a lift with me...lol... all in all I did get us home and now Im knackered from all the driving...lol...
Thank crunchie its FRIDAY tomorrow cause Im really ready for the weekend!
Im in the middle of negoating me hours at work as I arrive early, so really I should finish early, lets see if me accountant has made his mind up on what hours he is going to allow, fingers crossed that I will be out of work by 3.30pm every day and miss all the rush hour traffic!
Hopefully, this weekend Ill be out snapping away with the camera, not sure where yet, but its getting to time of year when I can just about kick Paulie out of bed early enough for a sunrise!

Dark Mornings
Not sure why, but when its dark in the morning I think your body clock just wont start ticking, this morning mine had stopped completly...lol...
The alarm was moaning and groaning again and Paulie reached over and put it on snooze, which give us another 10 mins, mind you I did not hear it go off the first time, then it set off again and Im sure it gets louder to make sure you dont over sleep...lol...
We both got out of bed and stumbled to the bathroom, Paulie went to iron a shirt for work and I took lucy to the back yard for a wee, she was propper still asleep cause when she had finished she did not move for a min and looked at me as if to say "Really, I can not be arsed"...lol...
As we came back indoors there was the usual chorus of meaows from the three amigos, not one of them in bloody tune...lol... I put biccies in each bowl and they all swapped to see who had the best, cheeky buggers...lol...
Shower time again, its like bloody Ground Hog Day, roll on Friday, it must be bad Im not usually saying it till Wednesday nite and just looked at the date and its only Tuesday!!
After doing the usual of making butties, getting bags right, with the usual stuff in mine - purse, mobile, keys, ciggies, lighter, glasses two lots, sun and reading glasses and not forgetting Paulies credit card...lol.... it was off to work. First I hit a fence and had all white paint on me bumper then pulling on to the main road just missed a car heading right for me....
Got to the bus stop to pick Baby Ben up and hey ho, not a surprise here but NO BEN, so I drove off and thought to meself, this is it the final straw, no more lifts.....
Propper shit day at work again, followed by coming out of work late to be told again, that me car will be clamped, I can not put in here what I said, I will leave that one for you to make your own conclusions...lol... dropped another work collegue off at home and drove the rest of the way listening to some mega songs on the radio.....
Paulie had tea already for when I got in, aint me a lucky girl! Now wait for the surprise of what we had.....................................Stir Fried Beefburger!!...lol...lmao.....I must say it was rather nice, Im not sure were he gets his ideas from but sometimes they aint half tasty...lol....
Now its chill time and we are not having our usual cardi and coke, as we have run out of coke we are having cardi and Fruit Burst Fanta...lol...it just gets more and more wacky in this house!!

TOO MUCH!
After an eventfull morning yesterday, we setttled down to some blogging then started to watch Sleepy Hollow, within mins of the film starting I did me usual trick of falling asleep on the sofa...yikes...not again...
Paulie woke me up at 5.30pm as we were going out with friends for a meal, it was our turn to drive and pick them up, as Ive drove for the last 5 times it was Paulie turn, I even let him drive me Baby Yaris...lol...
We got the directions to our friends and arrived to a lovely sunset, as we opened the front door to get back into the car, the heavens had opened with bloody rain me,Lisa,Dan and Paulie ran to the car, we got bloody soaked...lol...
We went to this pub that does Two for One meals, we started off with a combo of wedges, onion rings, garlic bread and some other yummy stuff, then we all orders mixed grills which non of us could finish and ended up bringing Lucy a doggy bag home, she has had some this morning, but there is loads still in the fridge for her....
All in all it was a fantastic nite and we are both still in our PJs this morning with no intention of making a move to get in the shower and getting a move on...lol...

Paulie woke me up at 5.30pm as we were going out with friends for a meal, it was our turn to drive and pick them up, as Ive drove for the last 5 times it was Paulie turn, I even let him drive me Baby Yaris...lol...

Very Happy Bunny
I was propper nervous about me Sis and niece coming over today to sort out the infamous Bridesmaids dresses but I needn’t have worried at all!
It’s all gone like clockwork :-) We all sat down and chose the colours and the style and covered every ickle detail while Paulie nodded off in the corner ...lol... We have been measured and will be going back again next month.
Just as we were about done, the lady brought out some material she had just remembered and I’m not saying anything except that my Wedding Dress is going to be beautiful!

Better Day!
After all the events on thursday, I was out like a lite at 9pm and slepted right through till 6am friday morning....bloody hell I had 9 hours of uninterupted sleep...now thats a record for me...
Friday was a good day at work, we managed to get all the accounts closed 4 days early and me boss was chuffed to bits and come and said a special thanks to everyone....then had a quiet word with me to check that I was ok....I must have looked a sight on thursday...lol...
Last nite was propper chill time and another early nite, boy im propper refreshed this morning....lalalalalala
At the mo, we are waiting for me sister and neice to arrive so we can go and pick the colour of their bridesmaids dresses and have our measurements done...lol...Im not looking forward to this bit...lol...lets hope she does not go for a propper iffy colour or I could be up for murder by this evening...lol...lmao...

Horrible Day
Today Ive been to the hospital for a scan and I wish Id known what exactly this involved then I wouldnt have gone on me own. Paulie did offer to come with me but I thought I would be ok, after all it was only a scan.
When I got there I had to drink loadsa glasses of milky water which really made me want to be sick. After that I had to drink loads of normal water by the time I was finished I was dying for a pee...lol...
Then the nurse comes at me with this huge needle and sticks that in me arm, which injects dye,I had to hold me hands behind me head which was a real strain on me ickle arms, plus the needle was digging in...ouch...
They started the machine for a dummy run which was scary enough lying there feeling sick after all the fluid Id had. Then they started the dye working and all the nurses left the room and they started the machine for real and the lights started flashing all around me, and I had a propper burning feeling inside me while trying to hold me breath all in one go. I have never been so scared in all me life.
Leaving the hospital I had to drive all the way back to work because we are really busy and cant have any time off. I was only at work two hours before it was time to come home but it seemed to last forever.
I was so glad to arrive home and flop into Paulies waiting arms as I shed some tears and told him the whole horrible story.
I’m chilling now with a nice cold glass of vodka and coke hoping I don’t have nightmares tonight about a horrible, horrible day.
